PRCS Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
By submitting referrals to Puerto Rico Christian School (PRCS) for the purpose of participating in the “PRCS Referral Program”, you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

This is an incentive program for current active parents in PRCS to refer new students. PRCS reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without previous notification. Validly accrued discounts while this program is active will be applied as accrued. Please refer to these rules for future status of the program.

For the purposes of this program, the referring parent shall be known as the “Referrer”. The student being referred to PRCS will be known as the “Referral”.

The Referrer shall have an active student enrolled and taking classes at PRCS to qualify. Third parties cannot submit Referrals on behalf of qualified Referrers.

Referrals can only be NEW students to be enrolled in PRCS during the current or following school year. Students who have left PRCS and return are not eligible to be used as a valid referral. However, these students can benefit from the referral program as Referrers if they become active students at PRCS.

A Referral is active at PRCS once they have completed all the process of enrollment and have begun attending classes.

The Referrer must provide the PRCS administration with the full name and telephone number of the Referral (student name and responsible guardian). The Referral must also provide the name and telephone number of the Referrer.

The Referrer will be granted the equivalent of one (1) month of tuition free (also known as “Discount”) for every one (1) valid referral during the school year that referral becomes active. This discount will be applied to the second month the Referral is an active student at PRCS.

A sibling of an active student can be considered a Referral only if: ​a) They have never been an active student at PRCS and b) They are not entering the PR-Kinder or Kinder grade level. Under this special circumstance ONLY the Referrer will benefit from the Discount.

All referrals must be submitted to the administration including the referred student's name, parent/guardian full name and contact information (phone number & email) before the Referral contacts PRCS. Alternatively, when the Referral signs up for an entrance exam (Pre-K referrals may provide the information at registration) he/she must provide the Referrer's information (active student's name, parent/guardian name, phone number and email). Failure to provide this information at the specified time may disqualify you and the Referral from receiving credit under this program.

Referrers will be granted a maximum of ten (10) months of Discount per student.

If a Referrer has multiple students enrolled at PRCS at the same time, and accrues multiple Discounts from referrals, the Discount will be applied to the student at the lowest grade level up to the allotted limit. Once the limit is reached for that student, any remaining Discounts accrued will be applied to the next student at the next lowest grade level. If a Referrer accrues more Discounts than the combined limit allowed per each student he/she has enrolled in PRCS, those excess referrals will not be granted nor transferred.

A Discount is not transferable to other students that are not part of the same family unit and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents and cannot be applied to any other fees due with PRCS, including but not limited to registration, building fee, etc.

The student referred by a Referrer will be eligible for (1) month of Discount which will be applied to the second month as an active student at PRCS.

Parents of students that have been referred but are not active students do not qualify for the referral program as Referrers. However, once considered an active student, they can benefit from this program as Referrers.

All participants of the Referral Program must be 21 years or older.
